Ethics, innovation and attention to the broader impact of business activities have long been part of Olivetti's corporate culture.
In 2022, the company expanded its corporate purpose by becoming a Benefit Corporation (Società Benefit), formally strengthening its commitment to pursuing, alongside business objectives, specific common benefit goals as defined in its corporate bylaws.
This evolution is consistent with Olivetti's role in supporting the digital transformation of the country through technological solutions and services for citizens, businesses and public administrations, in line with the strategic framework of the TIM Group.
As a Benefit Corporation, Olivetti prepares and publishes an annual Impact Report together with its financial statements, providing information on the activities carried out, the objectives pursued and the commitments established for future reporting periods.
The Impact Report is prepared using the Benefit Impact Assessment (BIA), a third-party evaluation framework developed by B Lab that enables organizations to assess and report on multiple aspects of their operations through a structured and internationally recognized methodology.

ENVIRONMENT
The management of environmental aspects associated with business activities forms part of Olivetti's organizational and operational framework.
To this end, the company adopts procedures and management systems aimed at monitoring and continuously improving its operating practices, in accordance with applicable requirements and adopted standards.
Since 2005, Olivetti has participated as a founding member of a consortium of Information Technology companies established to develop a collective compliance system aligned with the relevant European regulatory framework.
