Olivetti awarded the first two lots of the 29th edition of the Consip tender to supply multifunction printing systems for Public Authorities.

The contract is for the multi-annual hire of over 12,000 printers for an economic value of around EUR 44 million. In particular, Olivetti will supply Public Authorities and related companies with two types of high to mid range systems, the d-Copia 6000MF and d-Copia 7001MF multifunction systems, so completing the model offer already available via the Consip Procurement Portal.

Coherent with the DigiTIM strategy launched by the TIM Group, with its strong orientation towards process digitalisation, Olivetti has engineered innovative solutions for providing Managed Print Services.  The hardware is bundled with a software solution for managing and streamlining print jobs, also remotely, exploiting a cloud platform directly integrated with and connected to the network.

This print service management model is increasing in success, allowing significant reductions in costs related to this sector, and facilitating the digital transformation of processes used by public authorities.
