Olivetti supplies free inspection and maintenance for the A3 Monochrome MFP:

  • d-Copia 16 (all serial numbers)
  • d-Copia 1600 (all serial numbers)
  • d-Copia 16MF (all serial numbers)
  • d-Copia 200 (all serial numbers)
  • d-Copia 2000 (all serial numbers)
  • d-Copia 200MF (serial numbers between AGJ0 000000 and AGJ3 161188)
  • d-Copia 250MF (all serial numbers)
  • Optional paper feeder (PF-410)  (serial numbers between AHZ3 000001 and AHZ3 322326)

 

Possible failures
In extremely rare cases, a possibility of overheating has been detected in the fuser section of the machines listed above and inside the optional 250-sheet PF-410 paper feeder which could manifest itself with the presence of smoke and cause a principle of fire.

To be able to use the product in complete safety, a free extraordinary inspection and maintenance procedure is mandatory on the models listed above and, where present, on the PF-410 paper feeder.

All customers with a product listed above are invited to:

OLIVETTI having its office in Ivrea, at Via Montenavale 2C, Italy, will process your personal data exclusively to organize, perform and execute the offer of  free inspection and maintenance for the A3 Monochrome MFP. Since the contractually granted warranty  is expired OLIVETTI processes your personal data based on Art. 6(1)(C) of the EU 2016/679 General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in connection with the General Product Safety Directive (2001/95/EC).

Therefore, OLIVETTI transfers your personal data to OLIVETTI  Affiliates and external service providers based in third countries. In case these third countries do not provide an adequate level of data protection, OLIVETTI has ensured this adequate level of protection by agreeing on additional appropriate safeguards with that third party through the Standard Data Protection Clauses adopted by the European Commission. OLIVETTI will delete your personal data after the above mentioned services are provided and statutory retention obligations to which OLIVETTI  is subjected cease. As data subject you have the right to request access to your personal data from OLIVETTI and to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing of your personal data as well as the right to data portability. Eventually, you may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

The undersigned declares to have read the Information and freely expresses his consent to the processing of his individual and detailed data by Olivetti and potential third parties appointed as data processor, for further purposes other than the free inspection and maintenance as provided for in the previous paragraph:

Sending advertising material, direct sales, conducting market research and commercial communication, with regard to the offer of Olivetti products and services, by automated methods of contact (text messages, mms, fax, e-mails and applications web.*
Profiling, by electronic processing, the consumer attitudes and habits in order to: (i) improve the services provided, (ii) to respond to the specific needs and (iii) to fine-tune the business proposals.
Communication and / or sending of advertising material and commercial information of third parties, by automated means of contact (such as sms, mms, fax, e-mails and web applications).
